Job Location: BS Battery USA – Florida

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team as we expand our powersports battery business. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of sales success in the powersports industry, with specific experience in battery sales.

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and work together to achieve optimal results to meet their requirements.

In addition to sales, you will also be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers on our products and services. This will involve developing a deep understanding of our battery technologies and applications and being able to communicate this knowledge effectively to customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, technical support, and training to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote BS Battery products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Powersports and or automotive industry
  • Proven record of accomplishment of sales success, with specific knowledge and experience selling batteries
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products and applications.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Initiative-taking with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have a clean Valid driver’s license.
