SOLID RACE FOR FABIO QUARTARARO
AT LE MANS
Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP’s Fabio Quartararo crossed the finish line in fourth place at the FrenchGP in Le Mans. After a difficult start from P4, Fabio Quartararo wrestled through the in the first corner and found himself in eighth. With Alex Rins crashing out on lap 3, the Frenchman started to gain momentum and kept pushing to get closer from the leading group. On lap 21, the Frenchman rider #20 was now fighting for a podium position. He came super close but wasn’t able to put in a move. He took the chequered flag in fourth place, 4.288 from first. With 4 points ahead over second rider, Fabio Quartararo keeps his lead in the championship standings with an 102 points total.
Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Team will be back from May 27th to May 29th for the eight round, the Grand Prix of Italy, which will take place at the Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello circuit (Italy).
