Règlement du jeu concours – BS Battery x KTM x Chicane01

La société COFINAS SAS, en partenariat avec KTM France et Chicane01, organise un jeu concours gratuit sans obligation d’achat, à l’occasion de la KTM SMC Race 2026, se déroulant les 30 et 31 mai 2026 sur le circuit WINKART à Carcassonne .
- Conditions de participation
Le jeu concours est ouvert à toute personne physique :
- majeure (18 ans ou plus)
- résidant en Europe
- disposant d’un accès à internet
La participation implique l’acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.
- Modalités de participation
Pour participer, les utilisateurs doivent :
- liker la publication
- commenter
- suivre les comptes BS Battery / KTM / Chicane01
- Durée du jeu
Le jeu se déroule du 21/05 au 30/05.
Le tirage au sort aura lieu le 31/05.
- Dotation
Le gagnant remportera :
- 1 Power Box Air BS Battery
Le lot :
- est non échangeable, non remboursable
- ne peut donner lieu à aucune contrepartie financière
- Remise du lot
Le lot devra être impérativement récupéré sur place lors de la KTM SMC Race 2026 (30–31 mai 2026, Carcassonne).
Aucun envoi ne sera effectué.
En cas de non-retrait pendant l’événement, le lot sera considéré comme perdu.
- Désignation du gagnant
Le gagnant sera tiré au sort parmi les participants éligibles.
Il sera contacté via [réseau social / email].
- Responsabilités
L’organisateur ne saurait être tenu responsable :
- en cas d’impossibilité pour le gagnant de se rendre à l’événement
- en cas de force majeure ou d’annulation de l’événement
- de tout incident survenu lors de l’utilisation du lot

COFINAS SAS, in partnership with KTM France and Chicane01, is organizing a free giveaway with no purchase necessary, on the occasion of the KTM SMC Race 2026, taking place on May 30th and 31st, 2026 at the WINKART circuit in Carcassonne.
- Participation Conditions
The giveaway is open to any individual who:
• is 18 years old or older
• resides in Europe
• has internet access
Participation implies full acceptance of these official rules.
- How to Participate
To enter, users must:
• like the publication
• comment on the publication
• follow the BS Battery / KTM / Chicane01 accounts
- Contest Duration
The giveaway runs from 21/05 to 30/05.
The winner will be selected on 31/05.
- Prize
The winner will receive:
• 1 BS Battery Power Box Air
The prize:
• is non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation
- Prize Collection
The prize must be collected on-site during the KTM SMC Race 2026 (May 30–31, 2026, Carcassonne).
No shipping will be arranged.
If the prize is not collected during the event, it will be considered forfeited.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from eligible participants.
The winner will be contacted via [social media / email].
- Liability
The organizer cannot be held responsible:
• if the winner is unable to attend the event
• in case of force majeure or event cancellation
• for any incident occurring during the use of the prize
