Since 2020, BS Battery has been an official partner of the GMT94 Yamaha Team, led by Christophe Guyot. Beyond competition, the team uses racing as a platform to develop new projects benefiting motorcycle riders and young talents.
For the 2025 season, GMT94 will now rely on the BSLi-02 Max lithium battery, tested and approved by GMT94 engineering for its lightweight design, increased cranking power, and consistent high performance. This new generation battery powers the team’s YZF-R9 in the FIM Supersport World Championship, ensuring maximum reliability in race conditions.
The team is excited to introduce its 2025 rider lineup! Michael Ruben Rinaldi will join Lucas Mahias to take on the FIM Supersport World Championship.
The Frenchman, 2017 WorldSSP Champion with 9 wins and 30 podiums , and the Italian, 2017 European Superstock Champion with 5 wins and 23 podiums in World Superbike, will both race on the new Yamaha YZF-R9, powered by BS Battery.
